The DLALA Team wants to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, the terms and conditions below apply.
LOCAL REFUNDS
You can return an item for a refund within 14 days of purchase. We’ll process a refund if the item is in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with original price tags attached) and purchased online at www.dlalastore.co.za. Please note that the cost of shipping for returned items is your responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS
Unfortunately, all sales on international orders are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for purchases shipped outside South Africa.
LOCAL EXCHANGES
You can exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. An exchange will only be processed if the item is in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with original price tags attached) and purchased online at www.dlalastore.co.za. You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping cost to exchange the item.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, all sales on international orders are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for purchases shipped outside South Africa.
DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS
DLALA strives to provide high-quality, defect-free products. However, a defect is considered a material imperfection in manufacturing, not:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from negligence, misuse, or incorrect product usage
If you return a defective item, we will assess it. If the defect is valid, we’ll replace it with the same item (if in stock) or another item of equal value.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
We offer a six-month limited warranty on all products, starting from the purchase date. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The Return Process
Visit the return policy/returns page on our website.
Email your return request to info@dlalastore.co.za with the following details:
- Your order number
- The items you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Any additional notes for us
Once we receive your email, we’ll review your request and contact you if further action is required. If your return request involves shipping, we will provide you with instructions via email. After we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
